Showing Agent needed for a TOP Real Estate team!

We’re looking for a dedicated Real Estate Showing Agent to assist with property showings & open houses on an as-needed basis. This role is perfect for a licensed real estate professional looking to supplement their income and gain additional experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property showings for buyer clients.
• Communicate key details about the home, neighbourhood, and market trends.
• Answer basic client questions about the home and direct any more in-depth inquiries to the lead agent.
• Ensure properties are presentable before and after showings.
• Provide prompt feedback to the lead agent on client impressions.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Professional in attitude and appearance

Compensation: $50 per hour
