Responsibilities

1. Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
2. Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
3. Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
4. Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
5. Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

Qualifications

1. Tech savvy
2. Great communication and social skills
3. A successful and proven sales history is preferred
4. Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
5. Show good organizational and time management skills

Compensation

$100,000 Potential Commission
