Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team in the Sudbury Manitoulin District.
• Generate and manage leads.
• List properties on MLS, REALTOR.ca, and other real estate sites.
• Support sellers through offers, negotiations, and paperwork.
• Conduct property showings and assist unrepresented buyers.
• Offer commission rebates to benefit buyers.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy and skilled in communication, negotiation, and networking.

Compensation

$100,000 - $300,000 yearly
