Pay : Supplement your existing business with additional Commission opportunities. We provide exclusive sell-side client assignments and split the Success Fees 50% / 50% with the Affiliated dealmaker. Depending on results, expect to close 1-2+ deals per year and earn commissions of $50k - $150k+

Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced M&A Professional / Senior Business Broker to join our M&A Deal Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling private companies and handling transactions ranging from $500k to $5.0 million.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve and support clients
  • Collaborate with dedicated in-house M&A Valuation and Marketing Teams
  • Manage NDA requests and email CIMs.
  • Evaluate buyers, conduct buyer visits, and negotiate offers.
  • Manage due diligence and closing process with clients, buyers, accountants, consultants, and attorneys.
  • Provide timely updates and reports via CRM.
  • Travel as required

Skills and Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of Sell-Side M&A experience.
  • Strong understanding of business valuation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM / Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • BA / BS or MBA preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Relevant licenses (Real Estate / Broker) in home province or state required.
