Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with commercial sales, acquisitions, lease and financing
• Preparing reporting letters to clients

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• At least three years of experience with real estate and conveyancing, ideally with some commercial real estate experience.
• Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office, Excel and document / knowledge management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to handle and effectively prioritize work.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Salary

$83,000 – $100,000 per year dependent on experience.
