Century 21 Kingdom Realty Inc. is a full-service brokerage located in Pickering, serving clients and agents all around the GTA. We are one of the top brokerages in Precon Deals.
SCOPE
The role includes all facets of day-to-day leadership, management, and operations of a full-service real estate branch. This position is responsible for achieving the annual goals in line with the brokerage business plan.
The Branch Manager directly influences net to company dollars, operating efficiency of the Branch, recruiting and retention, and the productivity of our Sales Representatives and Brokers.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Optimizes profitability of the Branch through the recruitment and retention of a professional and productive agent sales force, supported by experienced, dedicated customer service focused staff.
Reports to: CEO / Broker of Record
The ideal applicant:
- A strong desire to work in the development and growth of a full-service Century 21 office.
- Must be a licensed BROKER, with a minimum of Five years of experience in real estate sales and brokerage management.
- Strong, proven leadership, management and people skills.
- Ability to recruit, develop, and lead a dynamic team of productive real estate professionals in keeping with the highest industry standards.
- Ability to reach and/or exceed business plan goals and recruiting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation/training skills.
- Tech savvy – demonstrated experience and knowledge of the industry’s latest real estate technology/tools and marketing.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively recruits both new and experienced real estate agents to not only meet but exceed recruiting goals.
- Retains, supports, and mentors sales representatives and administrative staff.
- Trains and develops real estate agents on business plans, goal setting, prospecting, client presentations, negotiating and closing skills.
- Ensures delivery of best-in-class services to our agents, clients/customers, and the public.
- Maintains the highest level of professionalism and ensures all practices are in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, Code of Ethics and Code of Business Conduct.
- Full understanding of brokerage administrative functions, including front and back-office operations and deal administration.
- Strong and highly effective leadership, presentation, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
