We’re rapidly expanding and looking for a motivated listing agent who wants to take the next step in their sales career. The ideal candidate is a persuasive deal maker and passionate about building customer relationships. Responsibilities

1. Attend weekly meetings and two huddles in a week
2. Conduct 48 Open Houses in a calendar year
3. Work with clients to stage and market homes that attract homebuyers and their real estate agents for a quick sale
4. Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
5. Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
6. Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to close the best deal possible
7. Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price

Qualifications

1. 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry
2. Familiarity with customer databases used to store private client information
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
4. Able to conduct in-depth market research and demonstrate a clear understanding of the real estate industry
5. Great interpersonal skills and time management skills

Compensation

$40,000 - $60,000 + commissions
