We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Real Estate Managing Broker to lead our top-performing team and drive the growth and success of our brokerage. In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, recruit and onboard talented agents, and provide comprehensive training to develop high-producing professionals.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing successful real estate teams, excellent communication skills, and a passion for coaching and empowering agents to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities

• Ensure that provincial and national real estate laws and all company policies and procedures are being followed by the agents.
• Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform.
• Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real estate laws.
• Develop training materials for new real estate agents for the brokerage and train them to ensure their performance meets our high standards.
• Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers.
• Build up our brokerage by finding and hiring new realtors that will improve our team.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the real estate industry and all of the provincial and national real estate laws to ensure the brokerage is in compliance.
• Extremely organized and a team player.
• Full knowledge of running a real estate brokerage/compliance officer for a brokerage.
• Ability to run a full office and real estate brokerage.
• 3+ years of experience as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent.
• Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license.
• Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team.

Compensation

$36,000 + Commissions
