Job description

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee and enhance the day to day management of the Morgan Wasley Group's real estate business. We strive to build and maintain long term relationships with our clients and this candidate would be an extension of our brand. This individual will identify themselves as positive, loyal, dependable and highly organized. Qualified candidates will excel in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment. Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support: keeping track of all transaction documents in the client database, monitoring and notifying clients of important deadlines, complying with legal procedures, and planning appointments and walkthroughs
  • Maintain Contact Database systems and checklists
  • Drafting offers, listing paperwork and any deal documents
  • Input new listings on all required locations/boards
  • Facilitate any paperwork that is needed throughout the transaction
  • Coordinate direct marketing campaigns and delivery to Canada Post
  • Prepare listing materials: pre-listing folder, Listing Agreement, sellers' disclosures etc.
  • Consult and coordinate with sellers on property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox install/uninstall, access requirements and marketing activities
  • Manage annual calendar of community events that MW can participate in
  • Client and community event coordination and marketing
  • Take a prominent role in trying to immerse the Morgan Wasley brand in the local community
  • Preparing and delivering closing and appreciation gifts
  • Pickup and drop off of lockboxes, signs, sign riders and feature sheets
  • General administrative functions, assignments and deliveries as needed
  • Deliver deposits or do bank deposits
  • Open and close properties (turn lights on / off, lock up)
  • Sourcing furniture and assist in staging properties
  • Order and maintain healthy inventory of office supplies including buyer/seller guides, listing packages, etc
  • Oversee the team's social media accounts including posting to Facebook/Instagram/GoogleMyBusiness
  • Updates to team's website as required
  • Some weekend and evening availability required

Qualifications:

  • Communicates well, both verbally and written
  • Experience in Google Drive, Google Sheets (G Suite)
  • Minimum of 2 years of Administrative/Customer Service Experience
  • Be approachable to both current and prospective clients
  • Quick and proactive thinker
  • Highly organized and be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment with high attention to detail
  • Positively receive constructive criticism
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally, and in writing with agents, clients, and team members
  • Valid G Drivers License w/ own vehicle
  • Prior Experience in the Real Estate Industry is necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
