Troubleshoot issues, bugs and implement fixes for radio communication systems. Provide customization, configuration, and support of radio communication system capabilities to meet business needs. Assist the IT Support Team with ensuring reliable and proper operation of radio communications systems.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in information technology and a minimum of two (2) years’ responsible experience in server-level software application support; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority. Microsoft and project management certifications desired.
