Duties

The Hudson Regional Cancer Program, a leading provider of Cancer Care in the North Simcoe Muskoka region, is seeking dedicated Radiation Therapists to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our program, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of radiation planning and treatment processes, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment including 4 Varian linear accelerators with advanced capabilities and a Bravos HDR Afterloader for brachytherapy treatment. Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science, Medical Radiation Technology, specialty Radiation Therapy
  • CAMRT Diploma, Radiation Therapy
  • Registration as an M.R.T.(T) with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO) required
  • Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support required
  • Member of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) recommended
  • General computer skills
  • Knowledge of Radiation Safety and relevant legislation
