Quantitative Researcher

An exciting opportunity to work closely with the development and quant teams to design and implement trading signals, trading strategies, and analytics systems.

Key Areas of Responsibility

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and improvement of the electronic trading product across the full development cycle:

1. Apply statistical techniques and data analysis tools to extract insights and identify market trends.
2. Research market microstructure, build trading models, and price signals.
3. Collaborate with traders to research, test, and optimize current models.

Requirements

1. A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related discipline.
2. Experience with quantitative research methodologies, such as time series analysis, machine learning, optimization techniques, and backtesting frameworks.
3. Strong programming skills and proficiency in Python.
4. Development experience in C# or other object-oriented programming languages.
5. Ability to reason logically, deliver under pressure, and take ownership.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
