Location – Mississauga, ON

The Quality Summer Student reports to the Director QA – International LEP.

Under the direct supervision of the Director QA, the QA summer student will be a key member of the QA team who will assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the department work progress.

Your role within the team:

1. Support the QA team in participating in regular meetings.
2. Track the deliverables and actions and follow up for closure.
3. Assist in maintaining the required revisions of the projects' Quality Assurance Plans.
4. Coordinate communication and meetings with internal projects’ stakeholders.
5. Support the QA team in the development of internal process documents as required.
6. Develop progress reports and organize meetings.
7. Develop presentation and backup documents to support the QA team.
8. Data entry, information management, and data capture using spreadsheets, MS Office, and SharePoint.
