Now Hiring: Quality Lead – Filtration Division

Location: Barrie, ON | Full Time | Mid-Senior Level

Salary: $70k-$75k annual salary

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Quality Lead to join our team and oversee quality operations in our Filtration Division. Reporting to the Director of Quality & Systems, you'll lead quality initiatives, manage lab functions, supervise technicians, and play a critical role in maintaining and improving our QMS and ISO 9001 compliance.

What You'll Do:

1. Act as the Quality Manager for the filtration division, leading all quality assurance functions
2. Supervise QA Technician(s) and oversee lab testing, calibration, and non-conformance reporting
3. Collaborate with the Director of Quality & Systems and other Quality Managers across departments
4. Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures, and the quality assurance manual
5. Conduct internal audits, manage corrective actions, and report on quality KPIs
6. Interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues and disposition of non-conforming material
7. Provide guidance and leadership to the quality team as a hands-on Quality Manager

What You Bring:

1. 5+ years of experience in a Quality Manager or similar leadership role
2. Strong knowledge of QMS, ERP/MRP systems, and Microsoft Office
3. Proven success in managing non-conformance, audits, and lab processes
4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
5. University degree preferred (Industrial Engineering is a strong asset)
6. Experience in manufacturing and working with lab/testing equipment
