Quality Control Manager – DCSA Case Processing Operations Center

ISN is actively recruiting a skilled professional to support the DCSA Case Processing Operations Center. The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all contract activities meet or exceed the established standards of quality and performance. This role requires a proven track record in quality control management, with a focus on process improvement and compliance with federal standards. A Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.
Functional Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality control program to ensure compliance with contract requirements and federal standards.
- Establish and enforce quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address any deficiencies identified during audits or inspections.
- Prepare and submit detailed quality control reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of quality control measures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders regarding quality control matters.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the quality control program, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay current with emerging quality control trends, standards, and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance the organization's quality control program.
Minimum Experience Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality control management or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality control programs.
- Proven ability to conduct audits, inspections, and data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of federal quality control standards, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and technologies.
- U.S. citizenship and current Top Secret security clearance.
