If you were to come on board as a Quality Control Manager, we’d ask you to administer the Quality Assurance & Training Program to ensure compliance with Compass EVS (housekeeping) Quality Program through auditing, carrying out patient/client satisfaction surveys, and training of front-line and management staff within multi accounts. You will be responsible for training and updating cleaning & facility procedures for existing staff.
