Your missions:
- Ensure compliance to ensure that the plant complies with the strictest quality certifications, by deploying effective internal procedures, and ensure that each material, process and finished product meets high quality standards;
- Identify, analyze and report non-conformities and propose improvement plans, thanks to your analytical skills;
- Work closely with production teams to reduce rework costs;
- Leadership and customer support, interacting with them as well as with regulatory authorities;
- Supervise, train and evaluate the performance of quality control employees according to best practices.

If the following describes you:
- College diploma in technical discipline (preferred);
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control, ideally in a unionized manufacturing environment;
- Experience in supervising personnel;
- Knowledge of relevant ASME/ASTM specifications;
- Knowledge of ISO9001 standards;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.
