Innocore is a leading manufacturer of disinfectant wipes for the away-from-home market. As a growing company, we are looking for a Quality Control Associate to join our team.
As a Quality Control Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for quality and testing of established active SKUs as well as participating in new product development and new product launches. Role Responsibilities:
Operate various laboratory instruments; perform compliance, quantitative, and analytical measurements.
Prepare solutions to perform analytical testing.
Support the expansion of QC lab capabilities.
Support research and development projects and new product launches.
Maintain detailed records and progress reports for various projects.
Collaborate with different functional areas in order to complete projects and implement new procedures.
Collect samples for quality analysis and quality product release as required.
Work with production to ensure cGMP policies and procedures follow SOP guidelines to ensure compliance.
Review and maintain batch records, operational logs, SOPs, validation and qualification protocols, and reports.
Initiate, review, and follow up on nonconformance's, change controls, deviations, and CAPAs to ensure timely processing and closing.
Ensure a controlled, compliant, standardized, and timely completion of all Quality processes and procedures.
Monitor established procedures and communicate required changes to management.
Support production in two-party verification processes (including but not limited to lot number verifications, cleaning verifications, label control, and in-process checks).
Promote and maintain a safe and healthy working laboratory environment in compliance with established health and safety procedures.
Contribute to ideas for process improvement and compliance updates.
Perform other duties as required.

Post-secondary education related to Science, Chemistry, or Quality, or applicable work experience.
