Quality Control Administrator

TSG STAFFING SERVICES is currently recruiting for a QUALITY CONTROL ADMINISTRATOR for a contract opportunity in the greater Saskatoon area.

Job Description:

• Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and records related to quality control activities.
• Ensure that documentation is organized, up-to-date, and accessible.
• Perform quality checks/reviews of documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Follow up with personnel to ensure correctness of documentation.
• Prepare final document packages.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
• Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Ensure that all company standards, including quality, health, and safety, are in compliance, as well as associated checks and inspections are completed as required during day-to-day activities.
• Update and issue Quality Policies and Procedures as required.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of working experience is an asset, primarily with a projects group.
• Required to pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; especially Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Previous experience in QC is preferred.
• Previous experience running the administration of a major project would be considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and deal with conflicting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
