As a Quality Assurance Team Lead at Behaviour Interactive, you'll play an important role in delivering Dead By Daylight to our global community. You will oversee a talented team of QA testers, drive testing strategies, and collaborate closely with developers to identify and resolve issues.

1. Lead and manage Quality Assurance efforts for Dead by Daylight;
2. Report to the Quality Assurance director and work to transform their strategic vision into meaningful positive results;
3. Work alongside other Quality Assurance Team Leads to scope, plan and coordinate work for a multi-disciplined team;
4. Actively work with other discipline leads and stakeholders;
5. Communicate frequently with production members, working within the reporting pipeline to promote our QA standards, identify risks and ensure the overall quality of our games;
6. Schedule and manage test activities from our outsourced QA partners;
7. Perform other related duties as required.

1. 5+ years of experience in quality assurance on PC and/or console;
2. Experience as a team lead, managing an external QA partner and/or an external client is a plus;
3. Strong communication skills;
4. High proficiency with JIRA, TestRail, and other test management tools;
5. Attention to details;
6. Proactive individual and a team player;
7. Good understanding of spoken and written French and English.

Dans ce rôle vous devrez :

1. Diriger et gérer les efforts d'assurance qualité pour Dead by Daylight ;
2. Rapporter au·à directeur·rice de l'assurance qualité et travailler à transformer leur vision stratégique en résultats positifs significatifs ;
3. Travailler aux côtés d'autres chefs·es d'équipe d'assurance qualité pour définir, planifier et coordonner le travail d'une équipe multidisciplinaire ;
4. Travailler activement avec d'autres responsables de discipline et parties prenantes ;
5. Communiquer fréquemment avec les membres de la production, en travaillant dans le pipeline de reporting pour promouvoir nos normes QA, identifier les risques et assurer la qualité globale de nos jeux ;
6. Planifier et gérer les activités de test de nos partenaires QA externes ;
7. Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes selon les besoins.

Ce que nous recherchons :

1. Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en assurance qualité sur PC et/ou console ;
2. Une expérience en tant que chef·e d'équipe, gestion d'un·e partenaire QA externe et/ou d'un·e client·e externe est un plus ;
3. De solides compétences en communication ;
4. Une grande maîtrise de JIRA, TestRail et d'autres outils de gestion des tests ;
5. Une attention aux détails ;
6. Une personne proactive avec un esprit d’équipe ;
7. Une bonne compréhension du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
