Quality Assurance Specialist

Position: Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Victoria, BC (Remote)

Duration: 11 Months Contract + Possible Extension

Requirements:

Quality Assurance Specialist that can demonstrate in their submitted examples that they have successfully conducted functional application testing in complex projects with respect to:

1. Creation and execution of system integration test scenarios and scripts,
2. Development and execution of test scenarios and scripts that may include:

• Functional testing
• Application testing
• Security testing
• Integration
• End-to-end testing
• Performance testing
• Remediation and re-testing
• Accessibility testing
• Load / stress testing
• Volume testing
• Regression testing, and
• Automated testing.

In addition to the skills and experience set out above, the Proponents must demonstrate that the proposed Consultant has the following additional skills and experience:

1. A degree relevant to the applicable Service Category and a minimum of 4 years of related Service Category experience; or
2. A diploma relevant to the applicable Service Category and a minimum of 5 years of related Service Category experience; or
3. A certificate relevant to the applicable Service Category and a minimum of 6 years of related Service Category experience; or
4. A minimum of 8 years of experience directly related to the applicable Service Category.

Proponents must also demonstrate that the proposed Consultant has the following additional skills and experience in all or most of the following technology tools:

• Jira
• Confluence
• Zephyr, and
• working with the OpenShift Container Platform.
