Would you like to work in Quality Assurance for P&G – one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers (2025)?

We are looking for a Canada Quality Assurance Lab Analyst in Brantford, Ontario (on-site role) starting 2025 to ensure the timely release of required product in the Canadian market.

Brantford Mixing Center (BRMC) is the only mixing center in Canada. Mixing Centers are the largest and most complex stand-alone, multi-BU distribution facilities in the Company.

The job will be a part of Canadian Market Ops QA team that owns overall responsibility of ensuring the release of quality compliant products. The following key areas of responsibility:

  • Ensure standards and validated test methods are followed to ensure that each batch meets defined specifications, whilst ensuring safety is not compromised.
  • Help bring learning from their current experience/role to help improve the Laboratory operations.
  • Perform laboratory testing of products using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis and other analytical instruments.
  • Investigate and resolve lab testing deviation and OOS.
  • Manage lab systems (calibration & maintenance, consumer returns, safety, etc.).
  • Develop, review SOPs and implement new procedures including job aids.
  • Initiate and execute change controls.
  • Train and qualify others on test methods and instrumentation.
  • Lead instrument troubleshooting.
  • Perform test method transfer and/or verification.
  • Execute indexing of all the dashboards that are built by business users and could have broad value.
  • Lead improvement projects on critical QA systems.

  • Post Secondary Degree/Diploma, preferred in a science based discipline.
  • Demonstrate capability to own a quality system – monitor, gap analysis and drive improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to work as a good team player.
  • Strong problem-solving skills – ability to identify and resolve issues/conflicts effectively.
  • Strong communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong computer skills in varied applications including Veeva (asset).
  • Strong digital fluency with tools like PowerBI and Microsoft office software (asset).
