What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Analyze business requirements and develop comprehensive test plans
2. Write and execute detailed test cases across various testing phases
3. Log, track, and prioritize defects while collaborating with development teams
4. Create training materials and documentation for testing processes
5. Participate in post-test reviews and suggest process improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 3 years of QA Analyst experience in capital markets, investment management, or banking
2. At least 5 years of experience reviewing requirements and design documents
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience creating test plans, cases, and data
4. At least 5 years of experience executing test cases and logging defects
5. Strong understanding of financial services, capital markets, and investment management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with SimCorp Dimension, BlackRock Aladdin, eFront, Tibco, and Azure Databricks
2. Familiarity with Agile methodology
3. Experience with Tibco and Azure DevOps
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially SQL
