Absorb Software is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our Company as a quality assurance analyst. The successful applicant will join a fun and challenging multi-disciplinary team that is passionate about supporting our customers through quality improvements and integrations of our products.

Your Role:

The quality assurance analyst will join an agile development team to deliver high-quality products through continuous and rigorous testing activities focusing on integration, automation, and database performance testing.

What you'll do:

1. Define, write, and automate test cases for business requirements.
2. Iteratively test for code quality in a continuous delivery cycle.
3. Effectively communicate quality and coordinate meetings.
4. Develop and support test automation and automation strategy.
5. Develop and maintain automated regression test suites where applicable.
6. Use scripting/coding skills to enhance test automation, utilities, and accelerators.
7. Fully utilize strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
8. Work with developers and team leads within the organization.

What you'll bring:

1. 3+ years experience in testing.
2. Confident in Agile development, experience with JIRA workflows and Confluence.
3. Proficient with integration and UI testing.
4. Database knowledge and SQL/DB querying experience.
5. 1+ years experience in testing API, Web-Services and databases.
6. Experience testing REST API endpoints and authentication.
7. Propose an appropriate approach for automation and implement best practices.
8. Experience in Test Automation, Test Design, Test Execution Analysis & Reporting.

Additional preferred qualifications:

1. Ability to write automation in an object oriented language
