As a Q&P Analyst, you’ll focus on maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS), with a strong emphasis on the creation, review, and release of critical documentation. Your role will be key to ensuring high standards across our operations while using data-driven tools to promote continuous improvement. You'll identify opportunities for growth, implement creative solutions, and support initiatives that make everyday work smoother and more effective.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), including maintaining and enhancing documentation frameworks.
- Provide critical support to the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) departments in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Manage documentation and structure within Microsoft SharePoint, ensuring a centralized and accessible repository for all quality-related documents.
- Oversee the company’s attestation and controls processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer expectations, and external regulations.
- Conduct gap analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, identifying opportunities for operational enhancements and collaborating with multi-functional teams on best-fit solutions.
- Develop and automate reporting solutions using the Microsoft suite, including Power Automate and Power BI dashboards, to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QMS standards into daily operations and project initiatives.
- Support process development by creating work instructions, process maps, and other documentation aimed at improving operational efficiency and corporate knowledge sharing.
- Functionally support the Attestation Analyst by ensuring alignment with QMS and corporate controls, providing mentorship on best practices.
- When applicable, conduct site visits and audits to evaluate adherence to QMS standards and identify areas for improvement in process documentation and execution. (travel approx. 2-4 weeks of the year)
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Quality Management Systems experience.
- Post-secondary education in Business or Quality Management an asset.
- QA/QC awareness and understanding.
- Experience working in a warehouse setting.
- Working knowledge of HSE and QMS.
- Excellent reading, proof-reading, editing, and technical writing skills and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have proficient computer and software skills on Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
