As the Quality Agent, you will support the cleanliness and upkeep of the store in partnership with the store team. This individual is the key to delivering a great client experience through visual pride and cleanliness of our sales floor, backstage, and washrooms. Overall responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Quality Tasks:

1. Maintain and execute quality cleaning timelines.
2. Complete tasks and daily checklist.
3. Organize stock, supplies, testers, and samples.

1. Maintain Sephora’s visual and merchandising standards at all times.
2. Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within assigned zones.
3. Assist in maintaining standards of safety and cleanliness of backstage: stock room, lockers, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.
4. Assist in the maintenance of store’s animation and events.
5. Ensure product quantity and replenishment of the stage - PQ brands adhere to Loss Prevention Standards.

1. You have experience in the retail or service industry.
2. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. You have a flexible work schedule: able to work during days, nights, and weekends.
