Position Summary
Mortgage Connect Document Solutions is seeking a QA Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, quality assurance resources, architects, and site reliability engineers to manage the quality testing services for multiple Mortgage Connect Document Solutions products, enhance and maintain our quality team, practices and tools to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services for our customer’s Default Communication.
What you will do
- Assists senior management in the establishment of QA programs
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the QA team and provide oversight, development and management to staff
- Assess the priority of projects and manage work assignments ensuring adequate resourcing to meet project timelines and provides quality deliverables, including capacity planning, accurate Level of Effort (LOE), and results reporting
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand initiatives, gather testing requirements, implement quality assurance tests, troubleshoot issues, and communicate quality results effectively
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products
- Support implementation of test strategies and effective test automation solutions
- Stay abreast of industry-best tools, methods, and best practices related to both manual and automated testing
- Communicate roadblocks or defects in a clear and concise manner
- Dedication to quality with a positive collaborative approach to testing
What you will bring
- Demonstrated experience in implementing test automation solutions
- Understanding of continuous integration and delivery methodologies
- Experience in advising teams to identify automatable test cases at different layers (UI, API, Data)
- 3+ Years of Related Work Experience Ideally in Mortgage Default Communication
- Strong Customer Service Focus
- Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Capability to Work both Independently and as part of a Team
- Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Multitask

- Experience with All Aspects of System Development Lifecycle
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, HTML, HTML Editing Tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical reports, and documentation
- Present information to executive and senior management teams, sales department, internal groups and/or clients
