QA Automation Developers (6)

Our Client is seeking six (6) QA Automation Developers with strong public sector experience to oversee the quality in the delivery of digital services and ensure that the team’s focus is on quality. The QA Automation Developers will be responsible for the creation of test plans, test cases, and scenarios; the identification of required test types, assets, and data environments and tools; and the creation of automated test suites.

While work is remote, the resource(s) may be required to attend meetings or work sessions in Edmonton on reasonable notice from the client. Successful resources are responsible for providing a computer and software capable of accessing client computer systems for both remote and onsite work. Some travel within Alberta MAY be required to conduct field research and user interviews. The client will make arrangements for travel for field research and user interview purposes where possible. Must work within Canada at all times and be a Canadian resident to apply.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience creating and modifying automation test scripts.
• 3+ years of experience preparing or supporting the preparation of automation test plans and automation test cases.
• 3+ years of experience using automation testing frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience with GitHub.
• 2+ years of experience with implementing testing with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• 2+ years of experience within a Canadian Public Sector organization.
• 3+ years of experience with load testing, performance testing, security testing and/or end-to-end testing.
