QA Analyst

Summary Of Day To Day Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple projects.
• Write SQL queries.
• Testing and data quality.
• Interaction among stakeholders within Client at different levels.
• Define Automation Strategies that will verify the operation of new services or products while tracking to project schedule (5-7 years of experience).
• Proficient in SQL, SAS, VBA with hands-on experience in analytics.
• Lead complex projects independently and successfully deliver on requirements, testing artifacts, and obtain signoffs.
• Expert knowledge of AML transaction monitoring & customer risk rating.
• Ability to perform deep dive investigations and drive recommendations/findings.
• Support, mentor, and provide guidance to junior level Business Analysts and peers.
• Strong ownership mentality and can-do attitude.
• Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills accompanied by strong business acumen with ability to engage senior audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills able to influence and manage a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Flexible and resilient to execute in an agile environment, including the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Acute attention to detail while moving at a fast pace.
• Demonstrate analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office: Excel (including pivot tables, charts, and graphics) and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Selenium or other automation tools is an asset.

Must Have:

• SQL (writing/creating queries) – must be able to create queries.
• Major Banking experience.
• IT QA background.
• Test automation experience, able to perform deep dive investigations.
• Strong presentation skills.

Nice To Have:

• AML.
