QA ANALYST

Our client, a premier digital transformation company, is seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst to join their software team.

As a QA Analyst, you will actively participate in the software development lifecycle within our dynamic Agile environment. Collaborating closely with developers, architects, and fellow testers, you will contribute to the creation and enhancement of client's Video products.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively during the early stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, working with the broader technical team and customers.
• Design and execute tests based on requirements, design, and functionality.
• Produce comprehensive test documentation, including Test Plans, Manual Test Scripts, Test Reports, and Defect Management and Reporting.
• Utilize agile SCRUM boards (e.g., JIRA or similar) to track stories and raise tickets.
• Provide feedback to the technical team.
• Identify defects early to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  
  

• 8+ years of experience working in software teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in software testing.
• Experience working in agile software development teams, including familiarity with agile tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating and executing database queries for testing purposes, such as SQL.
• Experience with test automation is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to advocate diplomatically within the organization.
