Python Developer

Arobas personnel is looking for a Python Developer for a contract with one of our clients located in Montreal.

Remote: Hybrid - 40% bureau

What will your daily responsibilities look like?

1. Develop in Python, Terraform, Bash across various codebases.
2. Contribute to the different Cloud & DevSecOps tools available at our client, through model development or direct code contributions to other teams.
3. Assist and evangelize our customers in using our products.
4. Be creative, bringing new ideas that will later turn into features or products.
5. Participate in Agile ceremonies to help prioritize, prepare stories, and propose new features using a product perspective.

What are we looking for?

1. Development experience, with proven expertise in Python, and Cloud development.
2. Knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code review, source control management, and testing.
3. Interest and experience in cloud security.
4. A collaborative and autonomous mindset.

Additional Skills:

1. Cloud experience, especially serverless.
2. Security experience.
3. Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
4. Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
5. Databases.
6. REST API.
