Sr. Software Developer

Job Duration:

40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time

Job Duties:

1. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical tasks and review the same with business stakeholders to ensure there are no gaps.
2. Discussion with customer stakeholders to understand the technical architecture solutions.
3. Involve in sprint plannings, refinement, and retrospective meetings.
4. Development of the features and business workflows as per the business requirements provided by business stakeholders.
5. Create and present proof of concepts to solve different product issues.
6. Identify security vulnerabilities in applications and provide corrective solutions.
7. Migration of current applications to latest versions.
8. Analyze performant or buggy areas in product and develop solutions or alternative methods for improvements.
9. Coordinate with the groups of business units who test, validate, and evaluate new functionalities.
10. Participate in technical architectural product discussions and peer reviews.
11. Perform reverse engineering to analyze production issues and implement corrective solutions in a timely manner.
12. Create technical design and root cause analysis document and get it approved by product owners.
13. Manage any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed deadlines.
14. Create development pipelines to ease deployments to different dev environments.
15. Work closely with Customer Technical stakeholders to do analysis of the product to improve product usability, stability, scalability, and performance.

Job Requirements:

Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, MIS, Engineering (Any), or related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Lead Engineer, Architect, Software Engineer, Analyst or related.

Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US.

Salary Range:

$148,949.00 / Year to $150,000.00 / Year
