Position Description:

This position resides with 911 Operations but is shared with Berrien County Road Department. Under the supervision of the GIS Director, oversees the implementation and maintenance of GIS Data within the 911 applications as required at the Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs); creates, updates, and maintains maps and databases relating to Berrien County Road Department functions; performs professional, technical, and analytical work for Public Safety Information Technology; troubleshoots and resolves problems to promote continued operability and compatibility with first responders.
