Psychotherapist

TXT Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Psychotherapist to provide mental health support for clients in Quebec. This position offers flexible work options, including remote therapy sessions, allowing for a collaborative and adaptable work environment.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in counselling or a psychology-related field.
2. Registration in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
3. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
4. Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, and addictions.
5. Proficiency in modalities such as CBT, EMDR, and ACT.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
2. Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
3. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
4. Maintain accurate client records.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
6. Create a safe and supportive environment for clients.
