POSITION : Talent Acquisition Specialist
Recruitment Salary Range : $70,500 - $92,000

You will be responsible for focusing on acquiring the right skills for the company while maintaining a strong commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity. You will act as an accelerator of new or ongoing recruitment efforts to maximize hiring opportunities. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll draw on your skills as an experienced recruiter to engage with a diverse range of high calibre candidates while creating talent pools and talent pipelines to support new and ongoing recruitment activity.
What to expect :
- Partnering and collaborating with key stakeholders, hiring managers, people partners, and directors to understand business needs, this is a key role for bringing extraordinary talent into JLR.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to create comprehensive recruitment plans, ensuring robust and diverse candidate talent pools & talent pipeline.
- Building and developing a strong talent pipeline through effective sourcing methods such as social platforms, networking, headhunting, referrals, and screening of candidates.
- Supporting candidates through the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilizing various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn recruiter, professional networks, and referrals to source the very best talent for the business.
- Maintaining the applicant tracking system documenting each stage in the interview process.
- Attending recruitment events and recruitment tech fairs.
- Performing other duties as required.
What you will need :
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 minimum years experience directly related to the role.
- 3+ years experience working in a corporate environment.
- Experience sourcing candidates.
- Experience in talent pipelining and talent pooling.
- Must be able to liaise and build networks with internal stakeholders and must be positive, decisive, driven, and forward thinking.
- Ability to adjust to multiple tasks demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience in candidate attraction strategies activities.
- The ability to work both cooperatively as a team and independently on own initiative.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- An effective team player, actively leads, develops, and supports team members.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to drive own performance.

What You’ll Do :
- Lead, mentor, and train a recruiting team for skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Conduct team meetings and individual coaching sessions to support development and address performance issues.
- Conduct system audits and monitor recruiter activity and metrics, identifying areas of weakness and addressing them accordingly.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to assess team performance and optimize strategies for continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Collaborate with recruiters to strategize and execute targeted candidate searches, leveraging industry knowledge and network connections to identify top talent.
- Motivate the team to achieve targets in interviews, placements, and revenue.
- Oversee processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure compliance with guidelines and SOPs.
- Foster collaboration within the team and with other departments to enhance performance and client satisfaction.
- Attend leadership meetings and prepare reports to track sales volume and potential client base expansion.
- Provide feedback and guidance for training and development based on individual strengths and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and maintain competitiveness in the talent acquisition market.
What You’ll Bring :
- Five years of experience in recruiting, sales, or other related areas.
- Proven experience in a leadership position.
- Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
- Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.
- Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.
- Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience.
- Create a motivating climate, achieve teamwork, train, and develop, measure work in progress, take corrective action.
- Engage effectively in dialogue.
Salary : $75K - $100K Annually, commensurate to experience.
