Your Opportunity

As a Provincial Manager, you will take the lead in shaping our regional sales strategy while managing top key accounts across Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—from Brand Managers to Trade Marketing experts—to turn consumer insights into actionable strategies that drive growth. This is more than a role; it’s your chance to inspire and coach a high-performing team of District Managers and part-time merchandising professionals to exceed business objectives.

What You’ll Do

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director. Monitor key performance indicators and provide commercial recommendations to stay on track.
  2. Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including provincial liquor boards (MBLL and SLGA). Lead the tactical planning and execution of programs in partnership with Trade Marketing.
  3. Team Development: Mentor, coach, and empower a team of District Managers through in-field coaching and regular performance huddles. Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
  4. Operational Excellence: Oversee regional pricing strategy, budget management, and activity calendar. Utilize CRM tools to track and report progress on sales objectives.
  5. Talent Management: Recruit, onboard, and guide new team members. Create an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our shared success.
  6. Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to inform and enhance strategic decision-making.

What You Bring

  1. Leadership Experience: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and manage teams to success.
  2. Sales Expertise: Strong foundation in sales strategy, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
  3. Analytical Thinking: Skilled in interpreting data to uncover insights and drive actionable strategies.
  4. Organizational Savvy: Adept at managing budgets, setting priorities, and delivering results under tight timelines.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with category management and wine or spirits products is a strong asset.
  6. Education & Tools: Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset.
  7. Flexibility: Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license.

What We Offer

  1. A collaborative, inclusive work environment that celebrates your unique contributions.
  2. Ongoing professional development to support your growth and career aspirations.
  3. The opportunity to work with an iconic portfolio of globally recognized brands.
  4. A competitive compensation package, including perks that enhance your work-life balance.
  5. Winnipeg Based residence is ideal for the leader in this position.

Take the next step in your career and help us redefine what’s possible in the wine and spirits industry. If you’re ready to lead with passion, inspire excellence, and grow alongside a world-class team, we’d love to hear from you.

In exchange we offer a competitive base salary, annual bonus potential, Company Vehicle, comprehensive benefit package, and a company sponsored Retirement and Stock purchase program and the opportunity to learn and grow with a beverage alcohol leader.
