What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Conduct comprehensive virtual and desk risk assessments across diverse portfolios including property, casualty, and liability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through virtual platforms
• Implement and recommend loss prevention strategies to enhance client safety
• Assist in creating loss management strategies and tools such as self-assessment instruments
• Utilize virtual assessment tools like Loss Control 360 for risk evaluations

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Post-secondary education or equivalent industry-specific experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Property and Liability insurance industry
• Fully bilingual in English and French
• Exceptional communication, technical writing, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of risk and insurance management principles, including knowledge of Canadian building/fire codes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• CRM designation (completed or in progress) or equivalent training/professional background
• Completion of CIP courses or designation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Power BI
• Strong data analytics skills
• Experience with LC360 is an asset
