Property Manager

We are seeking to add an experienced Condominium Property Manager to our team.

What you will be doing:

1. Managing the day to day operations of the corporation
2. Managing relationships with directors, owners, contractors, employees
3. Supervising all building employees and contractors
4. Preparing for and attending board meetings and annual general meetings
5. Ensuring compliance with the Declaration, By-laws and Rules of the Corporation
6. Ensuring emergency procedures are current and implemented
7. Ensuring preventive and seasonal maintenance programs are current and implemented

The successful candidate will have:

1. CMRAO License required (General License)
2. University Degree or College Diploma (considered an asset)
3. Minimum 5 years experience in condominium management industry
4. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Condominium Manager
5. Experience in supervising employees
