Working in a collaborative team-based environment, the Property Administrator will support a variety of stakeholders during the completion of several regional projects with the Property Management offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the tenant services and preventative maintenance software management.
- Provide support to site teams and Property Administrators and Communications Specialist as needed.
- Implement a new process for Tenant guideline and design manuals within the region.
- Assist in the roll out of new Brand Standards in the region.
- Suggest and document process improvement initiatives.
- Provide back up for Tenant Services or Property Administrators as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled as a Real Estate/Business student and planning to return to school fall 2025.
- Proficient with MS Excel, Office, Canva, Publisher.
- Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and initiative that lead to effective solutions.
- Detail oriented and able to effectively manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Eager for exposure to real estate processes and procedures.
