Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our multifamily and commercial properties, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Duties

  • Managing properties - Renting and leasing properties, ensuring lease agreements are met, and managing damage deposits.
  • Coordinating activities - Coordinating repairs and renovations, and monitoring progress and costs.
  • Dealing with tenants - Handling tenant issues and trouble calls.
  • Hiring/Firing & Supervising staff.
  • Maintaining records - Manage and maintain property files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Assist in customer relationship management to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with standards and address any concerns proactively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with accounting and reconciliation.

Pay: From $62,200.00 per year
