What you’ll do
Reporting to the Supervisor, Property Accounting, you will work closely with Real Estate Financial Planning and Analysis, Property Management (Operations), Construction/Development teams, and Lease Administration to provide timely & accurate management reporting and analytical support for the REIT. You will also be involved in continual process improvements and will support business initiatives as they evolve.
CT Real Estate Investment Trust (CT REIT) is an unincorporated, closed-end real estate investment trust formed to own income-producing commercial properties located primarily in Canada. The publicly traded organization is comprised of a relatively small team of real estate, legal and financial professionals. Its portfolio is comprised of over 370 properties totaling approximately 29 million square feet of GLA, consisting primarily of net lease single-tenant retail properties located across Canada. Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is CT REIT's most significant tenant.
