Project Specialist, Cold Drink Equipment Customer Operations

Work Location: This is a Work From Home position, the individual must be based in Ontario.

About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Cold Drink Equipment Customer Operations, you will work within the Coke Canada customer operations team, managing and controlling project work, and working closely with customer operations and analysts to deliver successful implementation and completion of customer initiatives.

Responsibilities

  1. Independently coordinate implementation timelines for multiple projects of moderate to high complexity.
  2. Work closely with project leads, customer operations, and analysts to deliver successful implementation and completion of customer initiatives.
  3. Participate in multiple routines and meetings, keeping them on track to ensure success.
  4. Act as a voice of the Customer Operations Team when interacting with other reporting functions.
  5. Establish standardized project metrics and monitoring routines to drive successful completion.
  6. Manipulate large amounts of data, making informed decisions that lead to team success.
  7. Ensure all reports, tools, and routines are standardized and adaptable for future growth.
  8. Successfully monitor progress towards achieving customer/team’s objectives.
  9. Account for your customer activities to the Senior Manager of Customer Operations.

Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated ability to implement business cases, project schedules, and forecasts.
  2. Quantitative & analytical experience - strong understanding of Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited systems including Margin Minder, SAP, Microsoft Power BI is an asset.
  3. Proven effective written, oral, and financial storytelling skills.
  4. Project Management certification (PMP) is required.
  5. Lean Six Sigma knowledge is an asset.
  6. Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering.
  7. Minimum work experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, and/or consulting, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry (including 1-2 years as an individual contributor).
