Our client is one of India's leading digital services provider to power/utilities/discom companies.

Job Description

Reporting to Project Director:

1. End-to-end project planning and management for large scale projects.
2. Planning and scheduling of project as per the agreed timelines.
3. Resource allocation and conflict management with both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Budgeting and Proposal planning for the project.
5. Risk assessment and management with proper escalation matrix to ensure project delivery is not hampered.
6. Creating project dashboards, review reports, cross BU development, cost control reports, variance reports, etc.
7. Tender and RFQ planning, bidding know how, proposal management, stakeholder management, project procurement.
8. Liaison with senior stakeholders at the client front.

The Successful Applicant

1. Strong academic background with a bachelor's in Electrical/Mech/Civil engineering with relevant experience of at least 15+ years mandatory.
2. Candidates with PMP certification and Masters in Planning from NICMAR will be desirable.
3. Candidates who have managed project planning for large scale electrical distribution/Discoms/Utility/Smart Metering projects will be desirable.

Tools/Software

MS Projects, Primavera, and other relevant software focused around PMP.

Soft Skills

Strong verbal and oral communication along with excellent presentation skills.
