Project Manager - Roofing Cladding Contractor - Ireland

Job Description

Our client is one of Ireland's leading Roofing & Cladding Contractors. They service clients in the mixed-use Commercial, Pharma, Biotech, Data Centres, and Residential Sectors.

Project Managers are required to:

1. Take ownership and manage the day-to-day aspects of their assigned project.
2. Drive the project outcomes.
3. Maintain the health and safety in the project.
4. Procure specialist subcontractors.
5. Provide progress reporting.
6. Manage the scope work package and develop strategic package programmes.
7. Manage Quality deliverables.
8. Monitor and evaluate costs.

Requirements

• Relevant third-level qualifications within construction/engineering.
• 3+ years' experience in the roofing and cladding sectors with full control of site management.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawing specifications.
• Knowledge in roofing and cladding construction methods and practices, including safety codes and requirements.
• Effective communication, supervision, and managerial skills.
• Must have a good level of computer skills including MS Office software.
• Good organisational skills.
• Current driver's license.
