Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from feasibility studies, funding approval from MoH, design, tender, construction initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong scheduling, coordination and management abilities, and a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget to customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Experience:

• 5 or more years experience as a Project Manager
• Strong analysis skills to drive informed decision-making
• Experience in product management and management of stakeholders expectations
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Excel, MS Project and others
• Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering and requirements management
