The ILI NPI Project Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions on time, to requirements, and on budget. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will take ownership for solution design, development, and deployment of projects ensuring adherence to project governance and best practices.

As an ILI NPI Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering ILI NPI projects on time, to requirements, and on budget.
• Developing project schedules and performing schedule analysis to establish work priorities, critical path planning, and risk management.
• Ensuring project CTQs (Critical to Quality) are clear and communicated to the project team and stakeholders.
• Tracking and reporting on project progress against schedule and technical delivery milestones.
• Managing, organizing, and driving project gate reviews.
• Driving control of requirements and deliverables through formal change management methods.
• Ensuring the quality of project deliverables matches stakeholder requirements and expectations.
• Driving initiatives to improve efficiency of the project management function.
• Posting project reviews and lessons learned.

• Have a degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• Have project management experience within product development in an energy or oil and gas environment.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills in a team environment.
• Have experience leading global teams.
• Possess excellent communication skills and experience presenting at an executive management level.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and facilitate multi-functional discussions.
• Possess excellent organizational and MS Office skills.
• Possess knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
