Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the development of a comprehensive enterprise data program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, ensuring its successful delivery within time, scope, and budget. This role requires a strong understanding of data management principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. The Project Manager will be accountable for establishing and maintaining project critical paths, budgets, schedules, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and change procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Define the program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
2. Develop a detailed program plan, including timelines, resources, and budget.
3. Manage a team of data professionals, including data analysts, data engineers, and developers.
4. Coordinate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure program alignment and effective communication.
5. Monitor program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
6. Ensure adherence to data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
7. Manage program budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
8. Oversee the development and implementation of data solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
9. Drive the adoption of best practices in data management, including data quality, data security, and data privacy.
10. Prepare and present regular program status reports to senior management.
