Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a Project Manager IV for their Toronto, ON/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager (PM) is accountable to the Executive Sponsor and has end-to-end responsibility for execution across all Business and Technology aspects of the program/project.
- The PM is accountable for the development of the delivery strategy (delivery operating model and governance), delivery of product roadmap (or the scope as defined by Business Owner), release planning and delivery orchestration which includes active management of issues, risks, integrated plan, resource plan, financials and reporting.
- Overall accountability for completion of project delivery artifacts in accordance with project governance requirements.
Requirements:- Proven leadership skills and experience managing large and complex IT projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with proven project methodology tools.
- Proficient in Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint; good to have SharePoint, JIRA, and Clarity.
- 8-10 years of experience in Project Management.
- Experience managing Financial Institution (FI) projects.
- Regulatory issue management experience.
- Experience with complex medium to large projects (considered medium: $15M; large: $25M and up).
- Risk management (identifying and mitigating risks within the project).
- Experience in Fraud, Data quality, or Banking technology infrastructure projects.
- Experience with Agile & Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience working with Executives.
- 5 years of experience in a Risk Management role.
- 8 years of Banking/Financial and Regulatory domain experience.
- 8 years of experience in conducting infrastructure risk assessments.
- 5 years of expertise in MS Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- 5 years of experience with MS Project.
- 8 years of experience in the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC).
- 8 years of proven experience and successful requirement delivery for large and complex projects.
- 1 year of experience with Confluence and JIRA.
- 1 year of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- 1 year of PMP certification.
