What you’ll do
It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables in partnership with the Business Lead.
- Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, including setting milestones, identifying required resources, establishing interdependencies & cross functional timelines, to ensure project delivery and coordinate with global partners to align with the global supply chain data strategy roadmap.
- Accountable for identifying project roadblocks and issues; partnering with Business Leaders and SME’s to develop solutions, mitigate risks, and escalate to Business Lead to ensure objectives are delivered on-time and on-budget.
- Partner with the business teams to influence and guide multiple, concurrent tasks.
- Manage resources responsible for project delivery and documentation; accurately assess priorities of assigned activities and ensures integration of all related dependencies.
- Responsible for change management including: planning and execution of change programs, monitoring processes for long-term sustainable use of systems post-implementation, in partnership with the Business Lead.
- Oversee data consolidation from all Logistics Functions, ensuring details of processes, business case value and related documentation are captured; provide direction on gathering, reporting and interpretation of business intelligence data enabling the business to make informed decisions.
- Understand Enterprise Data effectively to interact with business users and recommend meaningful approaches to visualize the information; accountable for ensuring accuracy of reporting and ensuring foundational data is up to date to support implementation.
- Facilitate the prioritization of work to be executed by IT teams on behalf of all TJXC Logistics teams; accountable to ensure all Logistics teams are represented at IT events (Program Increment Planning, Intake reviews, etc.).
- Establish standardized project documentation and procedures with Global peers; consult with IT and Logistics teams for road mapping, resource planning, timing and coordination in engagements that impact TJXC Logistics teams.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Logistics, IT, and Supply Chain) to develop and ensure execution of strategically identified data analytics and reporting processes that maximize efficiencies.
- Partner with IT and coordinate with Logistics teams for appropriate design, testing and implementation of new data and analytics solutions.
What you’ll need
To begin your career with us, we require the following:
- A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in Project Management including: structured project methodology (i.e. determining needs, researching existing programs), ensuring a strategic approach (i.e. involving various stakeholders throughout the company), understanding, and applying principles of project control.
- Experience supporting Supply Chain environments is considered an asset.
- A project Management accreditation – PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile – is an asset; equivalent experience will be considered.
- A post-secondary degree in related field (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Management).
- Knowledge of databases, data analytics and data manipulation tools (i.e., Snowflake, Azure, Power Apps, Power BI); Tableau is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and direct a workgroup; people management skills including coaching, providing guidance to Managers for issue resolution, evaluating performance and providing feedback to team members.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to act as a collaborative partner and positively influence management and Associates to act in the best interest of the Company.
- The ability to translate complex methodologies in easily digestible presentations and provide analysis of big data, unstructured data.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills. Ability to read, write, and interpret information accurately.
Salary Range: $85,430 - $129,188 /year*
*This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
