We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Project Manager in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Fly-in, Fly-out (FIFO) options are available for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from planning to execution.
2. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
4. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
5. Lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and performance management.
6. Identify and resolve challenges, risks, and delays to keep projects on track.
7. Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and risk assessments.
8. Ensure the efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment for maximum productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Experience with construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
5. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
6. Ability to analyze and mitigate risks effectively.
7. Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices.
8. Ability to work in remote locations under FIFO arrangements.
